Terms & Agreement Contract
for
WeddingLinker.com
Advertisers
must provide wedding related services and be involved in the
Wedding industry. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel
any business that we deem to be inappropriate for the site.
When
choosing directories in which to list your business, you must choose
appropriate directories for your business. Only
choose those categories and areas in which you actually do business.
We reserve the right to deny listings in directories that we deem
to
be inappropriate for your business.
Your
listing will be added to WeddingLinker.com within 48
hours of registration. The
listing will remain on the site for one year from the date that
the ad appears on the site unless otherwise stated.
You
can either pay for the listing at the time
of registration through PayPal or we will send
an invoice through email. Regardless of when you pay (before
or after your listing is posted to the website)
the one year
advertising term will begin on the day that the listing is posted
to the website.
You
have 15 days after the listing is added to the website to pay
your balance due. After
15 days your listing will automatically be removed from the site.
Payment
must be in the form of a credit card (through
PayPal), check (business check preferred), certified check, or money
order. You will be assessed an additional $25 fee for any
returned checks. If your check is returned, subsequent payments must
be in the form of a certified check or money order.
After
your listing is added to the site, you will have 2
business days to review the listing for accuracy. Although
we are happy to update listings at any time, WeddingLinker.com
will not be held responsible for inaccurate information in a listing
after the 2 day review period.
Advertising
fees: Your listing will remain on the
site through the contract period unless you make a formal
request that your listing be removed. We will return the unused
portion of your payment if
applicable once the listing is removed from the Website.
